Full sun to part shade. With a mounding habit the Big series will grow approx. 60cm high by 100cm wide. |

Almost all year with main flushes in Spring and Autumn. |
| USES: |
Ideal for garden borders instead of hedges. Use them wherever you want flower most of the year. Regularly used in mixed pots and hanging baskets, Geraniums are the wow plant throughout the streetscapes of Europe and North America. Due to their spreading habit “Big Geraniums” are becoming more popular in commercial areas for hardy colour. |
| DURABILITY: |
Adequate water until established then is very tolerant of long dry periods. For best flowering average garden water is preferred and mulch well. They have been bred to be more compact and longer flowering however they have maintained the hardiness of the old varieties. |
| CARE: |
Very low maintenance, however best results are achieved with a shear back after flowering to maintain shape. I find the best times are after the Spring flush before the hot Summer weather arrives and after the autumn flush before the wet winter weather arrives. Simply remove all old flower stems and Big Series will re-flower quickly. Fertilise after pruning with an organic fertiliser. A hard prune by 80% may be required every couple of years to re invigorate the plant. |
